A Mildly Spiced, Flavour Packed, Indulgent Indian Dish with Tomatoes, Cream, Cardamom, Fenugreek Leaves and Sweetened With Jaggery.

Created in Punjab in 1948 by Chef Kundan Lal Gujral. The dish has been a favourite both in India and worldwide ever since.
Murgh Makhani simply translates to Butter Chicken.
Chef's Suggestion: Pan fry 400g of free-range chicken thigh in a dash of vegetable oil for 5 minutes or until sealed. Pour over the Jarr of sauce and simmer for 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with rice and naan, garnished with freshly chopped coriander.

South Indian Chettinad
A Spicy South Indian Dish with a Blend Of Spices, Tellicherry Pepper and Curry Leaves.

This is an absolute classic Indian dish which originates from Chettinad in the Southern part of India. Unlike most Spicy Indian dishes Chettinad gets its heat from black pepper instead of Chilli.
Tellicherry Black pepper is grown in Tellicherry in India. It is left on the vine for longer, which adds warmth and depth of flavour to the pepper.

Italian Tomato Sauce made using San Marzano Tomatoes, Leccino Olives and Capers

Puttanesca originated in Naples in the 1950’s. It is a lightly spicy sauce tomato sauce with olives and capers. It has become a favourite in Italian restaurants worldwide.
Serve it simply tossed through pasta with some grated parmesan or add seafood to create something truly exquisite.
Chef's Suggestion: Pan fry 400g mixed seafood in a dash of olive oil, pour over the Jarr of sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the seafood is cooked. Serve tossed through freshly cooked linguine, garnished with grated parmesan...mama mia!
